We’re thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Leanne Zufall. With a career spanning more than 25 years in payroll, accounts payable, and human resources, Leanne brings a depth of knowledge and a steady, detail-oriented approach to our accounting team.
Leanne’s accounting journey began back in 1996, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Over the years, she has processed payroll for organizations ranging from community banks to retirement communities, managing everything from multi-state payroll runs to full-cycle accounts payable for hundreds of employees at a time. She’s navigated software conversions and reconciled bank statements, all with the accuracy and professionalism that define her work.
But there’s so much more to Leanne than what’s on a spreadsheet.
At home in Maryland, Leanne is a proud wife and mom to two daughters, one navigating the exciting world of college life and one making her mark in high school. Shopping trips and coffee runs with her girls are some of her favorite moments, and she wouldn’t trade them for anything. Rounding out the household are two large dogs who keep life full of belly rubs.
When she’s not crunching numbers or wrangling the family crew, you’ll likely find Leanne at the beach. North Myrtle Beach holds a special place in her heart; her family has a condo there, and she makes it a point to soak up as much of that salt air and sunshine as possible throughout the year.
Leanne is also a die-hard Baltimore Orioles fan. She follows the O’s passionately enough that she makes it out to spring training most years — because for a true Orioles fan, waiting until Opening Day simply isn’t an option. Back home, she keeps active by working out regularly, and she loves to unwind in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes.
We’re lucky to have her as a team member at The PMG Family, especially because now those of us who can’t make it to spring training can get the full report on how the O’s upcoming season looks.
