In 2018, PMG became 100% employee-owned by way of an ESOP or Employee Stock Ownership Program, an employee benefit plan that gives workers ownership interest in the company in the form of shares of stock. Employee ownership empowers our team, protects our wonderful culture, keeps us client-focused, and positions us for continued growth in the future, providing even more opportunities for success for every PMG team member.
