Meet Our Team
Jim has been managing the production of nonprofit direct mail since 1996. He forms and manages the relationships with all our suppliers to ensure we’ve always got best-suited, best-priced solutions for all our clients’ format and mailing needs. He’s known for his innovative approach to producing packages.
Teresa has been with PMG for 12 years. She came aboard as a Production Manager, responsible for acquisition, appeals, renewals and other programs for large, complex mail programs. She then became a Team Leader due to her exceptional skills, leadership talent and strong track record of success; now she oversees our entire Production Group!
Fred’s 47 years in the industry began at age 17 when he worked as a printing press operator after school! Fred has worked as an estimator, a mail shop and fulfillment manager, and as a senior production representative for commercial direct response agencies. In 2001, Fred brought his detailed knowledge of our industry to PMG.
Les has nearly 40 years of direct marketing and nonprofit fundraising experience. He has worked with some of the largest nonprofit mailers in the US, assisting them with strategy and creative as well as implementation. Over the years, Les has been the recipient of both DMA Echo and DMAW MAXI Awards and is a past board member of ADRFCO.
Kevin has more than 28 years of experience in the print and direct mail fields. He studied print production in college and then worked in the print industry for a number of years. Following that, Kevin moved to the agency side, where he managed large programs and small mailings for a variety of nonprofit organizations for the next 22 years. Kevin joined our team in 2019 and other than being a Mets fan, has been a great addition!
Turner’s 14 years of mailshop experience have made him quite familiar with the intricacies of working with nonprofits and vendors alike. His backend mailshop skills make him a welcome addition to the PMG family. He has three children who keep him on his toes, and his family loves coming together for movie, game, and taco nights. He’s also active in his local basketball league and has coached girls’ basketball in the past.
Leigh Ann has been with PMG for eight years, ever since she graduated from college (and before that, she interned for us!). Since then, Leigh Ann has earned her MBA from Loyola University and been elected to the board of the DMAW Educational Foundation. As if that weren’t enough, she presents on direct mail production before trade groups and as part of the DM101 seminar panel.
Brian joined PMG in 2019 after spending three years working for an e-commerce firm. He quickly adapted to the “old-fashioned” direct mail side. Brian has worked with some of our major accounts as well as helping to onboard and manage two new clients. He is an avid sports fan and this extends to hitting maildates and knocking down prices!
Pam has over 34 years of experience and has worked at PMG for 20 years. She manages the workflow of PMG’s preflight department, and carefully reviews all client art files to ensure color and font integrity, photo quality, and production instructions.
Pam is also available to make last minute fast-turnaround edits for clients and works directly with our print suppliers for any special press requests.
Liz received her degree in Public Relations from Salisbury University. While in college, she participated in the 2020 DMAW’s MAXI competition and won a gold award for her work! When she’s not coming up with new ideas, she loves hiking and exploring with her dog, Finny.
Madison is a part of our awesome production team managing acknowledgements for our clients. She gained valuable experience in her new role while studying Marketing at Salisbury University and from her marketing internship. Madison loves golfing and hiking with her yellow lab (and best friend!)
