The USPS has requested rate increases, which if approved will go into effect on January 22, 2023. The proposed rates need approval from the Postal Regulatory Commission, which we anticipate will happen.

The rate increases range from 1 to 15.1 percent, depending upon the class and type of mail. PMG has a detailed listing of the before and after postage rates for nonprofit mail categories and we can advise you on the potential impact on your mailing programs.

If you are not currently using postal logistics, now is an ideal time to explore the range of delivery options and savings available to you. The use of postal logistics affords mailers the absolute best rates possible through commingling, drop shipping, or a combination of the two. We can help you get your campaigns set up and our colleagues at MailSmart Logisitcs will analyze every mailing to determine the most cost-effective strategy to meet your delivery and budget goals.

Please let us know if we can answer any questions or help you with your 2023 postage budget planning.
