We’re thrilled to welcome Jennifer Cassinelli to The PMG Family as Senior Account Manager. Jennifer brings nearly 32 years of client-facing experience in nonprofit fundraising, direct marketing, and integrated campaign management.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has developed deep expertise in strategic planning, budget forecasting, production coordination, and analytics; skills that directly support the work we do every day for our mission-driven clients. She’s worked extensively in agency environments, managing complex fundraising programs from concept through execution, and has a proven track record of building strong client relationships while delivering measurable results. Her experience spans direct mail, digital engagement, and multichannel campaigns, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to create impact for the organizations we serve.
Jennifer’s approach to account management is rooted in collaboration, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals. She’s particularly excited about working with The PMG Family’s diverse client base and contributing to long-term partnerships that drive meaningful outcomes. Her ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution makes her an excellent fit for our culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Jennifer lives in Chestertown, Maryland, where she and her husband own a brew pub and pizza restaurant, a venture that keeps them connected to their community. She’s a proud mom to two grown children and shares her home with a dog named Delta and a cat named Sushi. When she’s not working or at the restaurant, you’ll likely find Jennifer on the water enjoying time on their boat, at the gym, or taking long walks.
