The PMG Family is proud to announce Melissa Iannitto’s promotion to Production Team Lead, recognizing her outstanding performance, strong leadership, and exceptional client relationships across multiple programs.
Since joining our team in 2023, Melissa has consistently demonstrated excellence in managing the printing and mailing of complex direct mail programs for our clients, including acquisition, renewal, and acknowledgment programs, while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines, and client satisfaction. Her ability to balance detailed project management with meaningful client partnerships has earned her the trust and respect of clients and colleagues alike, making her a vital member of our team.
Earlier this year, Melissa became PMG’s newest USPS Certified Mail Design Professional. The Mail Design Professional (MDP) certificate is a USPS-offered program that teaches how to design letter and flat mail to meet USPS standards. Beyond MDP certification and daily responsibilities, Melissa has embraced a leadership role within PMG by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to the continued growth and strength of our production team. In addition, she actively participates in the direct marketing industry through professional organizations, ongoing training, and industry events—bringing fresh perspectives and a commitment to continuous improvement to both our clients and internal teams.
In her new role as Production Team Lead, Melissa will oversee several expanding accounts, further amplifying her impact across the organization.
