PMG is thrilled to welcome Bob Diener as our new IT System Administrator!
Bob brings with him a deep and diverse background in technology, problem-solving, and innovation. For more than 35 years, he owned and operated his own consulting firm, providing IT services across a wide range of industries — from printers and accountants to restaurants and wastewater processors. His expertise includes network administration, communication systems, phone systems, troubleshooting, and end-to-end IT support that keeps businesses running smoothly.
One of Bob’s proudest achievements came when he created a networked version of QuickBooks — despite being told by the company itself that it couldn’t be done. Not only did he make it work, but his solution continues to be used today as a case study in innovation and determination.
At his core, Bob is a problem solver who thrives on a good challenge. Whether he’s optimizing systems or unraveling complex technical puzzles, he brings creativity, patience, and persistence to every task — qualities that make him an incredible fit for PMG’s collaborative and tech-driven environment.
But Bob’s talents don’t stop at technology. Before diving into IT, he was a professional jazz pianist who played at the legendary Charlie’s Georgetown, performing alongside icons like guitarist Charlie Byrd and comedian Steve Allen. To this day, Bob still keeps his musical passion alive, performing with a trio on weekends and at festivals throughout the year.
We’re excited to have Bob’s technical expertise and creative energy on board as PMG continues to evolve and innovate.
Welcome to the PMG Family, Bob!
